Once you've created a class, you can also create a digital assignment.

To do so using a Google asset (Slides, Doc, Sheets), follow these steps:

  1. View your Dashboard or the specific class page for which you want your assignment to be made.

  2. Click the  icon next to the header “Current Assignments” to create a new assignment.

  3. Fill in which class the assignment is for, the due date, and an assignment name.

  4. In the Description, click on the "Add Hyperlink" icon. Copy and paste the URL to the resource. Be sure to change the end of the name to "Copy" - this creates a new blank copy to which students can add their answers.

  5. Press “Save” to finish creating your new assignment!

Note: Your new assignment will appear under “Current Assignments” on both your Dashboard and the corresponding class page.
